This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, shipment history, saved rates, and preferences from our systems. Make sure to export any data you need before submitting your request.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to support@maalbardaar.com by following these steps.
Compose a new email
Open your email client and create a new email addressed to support@maalbardaar.com
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Using this exact subject line ensures your request is routed directly to the right team and processed without delay.
Include the required details in the body
Provide the following information so we can verify your identity and locate your account:
- Full name registered on the account
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number (optional, for faster verification)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Send the email
Once sent, you will receive an automated confirmation within a few minutes acknowledging we have received your request.
Wait for confirmation
Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 3–5 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.
