A Cyprus registration under the same name has also been reported. Which of these is the operating headquarters is not resolvable from public sources — the carrier's own site presents Singapore as its primary base while third-party profiles variously assert Dubai, Singapore and Navi Mumbai.

The commercially useful facts are about network rather than corporate structure. Cordelia's published trade lanes span North Asia, including Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Shekou, Xiamen, Hong Kong and South Korea; Southeast Asia, covering Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore; South Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka; the Middle East and Red Sea, covering the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Yemen and Oman; and a Mediterranean reach to Spain and Türkiye.
