1 token = $1. You buy tokens and spend them as you track shipments — no subscriptions, no monthly minimums. Every new user gets 2 free tokens, and purchased tokens stay valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
02 How many tokens does one shipment use? expand_more
1 token per Bill of Lading (B/L) you track, regardless of how many containers are on it. Tracking a multi-container shipment under a single B/L still costs just 1 token.
03 Does air freight cost the same as ocean freight? expand_more
Yes. Air shipments are tracked at the same rate — 1 token per shipment — so your pricing stays predictable no matter how you ship.
04 What happens when I run out of tokens? expand_more
You can top up anytime from your dashboard. Tracking simply pauses on new shipments until you add more tokens — nothing you've already tracked is affected.
