These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Maalbardaar ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of our website, platform, and logistics services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Agreement to These Terms
By accessing the Maalbardaar website, creating an account, or using our logistics platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Who Can Use Maalbardaar
Our platform is intended for businesses and individuals engaged in the import, export, or domestic movement of cargo. You must be authorised to act on behalf of your company when creating an account and booking shipments.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our Services
Platform Scope
Maalbardaar provides freight quotes, shipment tracking, customs clearance coordination, and freight forwarding services connecting shippers with carriers, customs agents, and port operators in Pakistan and internationally.
We Are an Intermediary
Maalbardaar arranges and coordinates logistics services on your behalf. Actual carriage of goods is performed by third-party carriers, and customs clearance is executed by licensed customs agents — Maalbardaar is not itself a carrier, customs authority, or insurer.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may affect availability.
Accounts & Responsibilities
Account Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate company, contact, and billing information, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Shipment Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of cargo descriptions, HS codes, declared values, and documentation submitted for any shipment. Inaccurate information may result in customs delays, penalties, or seizure of goods, for which Maalbardaar is not liable.
Prohibited Cargo
You may not use our platform to book shipments of goods prohibited under Pakistani law or the law of the destination country, including but not limited to contraband, counterfeit goods, and items requiring licenses you do not hold.
Payments & Charges
Quotes & Pricing
Freight quotes generated through the platform are estimates based on the information provided and prevailing carrier rates at the time of quotation. Final charges may vary based on actual cargo weight, dimensions, customs duties, and surcharges applicable at the time of shipment.
Invoicing
You agree to pay all invoiced amounts, including freight charges, customs duties, taxes, and applicable service fees, within the payment terms specified at booking.
Late Payment
Overdue invoices may result in suspension of active shipments, holds on cargo release, or restriction of your account until outstanding amounts are settled.
Liability & Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
Maalbardaar's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Carrier Liability
Loss, damage, or delay of cargo in transit is governed by the terms and liability limits of the carrier performing the carriage, as set out in the applicable bill of lading, air waybill, or carrier tariff — not by Maalbardaar directly.
Force Majeure
Maalbardaar is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including port congestion, customs authority actions, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier service disruptions.
Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
The Maalbardaar website, platform, branding, and underlying software are the property of Maalbardaar and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the shipment and business data you submit. By using our platform, you grant Maalbardaar a licence to use that data solely to provide and improve our logistics services.
Suspension & Termination
By You
You may stop using our services and close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any outstanding shipments or invoices.
By Maalbardaar
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or use our services for prohibited purposes.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of the Maalbardaar platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
