WeBOC (Web-Based One Customs) is Pakistan Customs' own electronic clearance system, built with PRAL (Pakistan Revenue Automation Ltd) under the FBR, and now mandatory nationwide.

Appear In Person At Your Collectorate

A personal appearance before the Deputy or Assistant Collector at your local WeBOC User-ID section is mandatory, with your original CNIC. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and other major collectorates each handle their own registration queue. A photo and thumb impression are taken on the spot.

Receive Your User-ID

Once approved, your User-ID and a system-generated password arrive by email. Registration is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.

Two-Factor Login

WeBOC's login uses a "trustee machine" concept. Logging in from an unrecognized device triggers a one-time passcode sent to your registered phone.

Annual Renewal

A WeBOC User-ID is valid for one year from approval. Renewal before expiry keeps your filing access uninterrupted, whether you clear cargo at Karachi Port, Port Qasim, or an inland dry port.

Premises Verification

Customs may conduct a visit to your business premises anywhere in Pakistan as part of the registration process, in addition to the document review and in-person appointment.
