ONE
Tracking Into Karachi & Port Qasim, Pakistan
ONE runs its own branded offices in Karachi and Lahore rather than working through a third-party agent, and since October 2025 it has put a dedicated weekly loop directly on Karachi and Port Qasim. Here is what that means for a shipment moving on a Pakistani bill of lading.
ONE Into Pakistan
Most container lines serving Pakistan route commercial contact through a local agent. ONE does not: Ocean Network Express Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd operates its own branches in Karachi, on M.T. Khan Road, and in Lahore, both staffed with ONE’s own marketing and commercial sales teams. If you are chasing a booking amendment or a documentation query, you are dealing with ONE directly rather than an intermediary shipping agency.
The bigger operational change is on the water. In October 2025 ONE launched the Pakistan Gulf Service (PGS), a weekly loop rotating Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi, Sohar, Karachi and Port Qasim before returning through Sohar to Jebel Ali. ONE states the Jebel Ali-to-Karachi leg runs four days. The service exists specifically to connect the Gulf transshipment hub to both Pakistani ports in one loop, rather than treating a Karachi call as one stop among many on a long Asia-Europe or Asia-Gulf string.
That does not mean every ONE shipment into Pakistan moves on PGS. Cargo originating further east, in China, Southeast Asia or beyond, still typically reaches Pakistan by transshipping through a hub like Jebel Ali, Colombo or Singapore before joining a Pakistan-bound leg, PGS or otherwise. If your booking confirmation names Jebel Ali as the transshipment port and your origin is in the Gulf or nearby, PGS is a likely candidate for the final leg. If your origin is Shanghai or Ningbo, expect at least one additional hub call before the box ever reaches Jebel Ali.
We could not confirm which specific Karachi or Port Qasim terminal PGS discharges at from ONE’s public materials. Newer services sometimes shift terminal assignment sailing to sailing before settling into a fixed pattern, so check your arrival notice for the specific call rather than assuming a terminal from the service name alone.
Clearing a ONE Shipment in Pakistan
Once a ONE container is discharged at Karachi or Port Qasim, clearance runs through the same WeBOC and Pakistan Single Window process as any other carrier’s cargo: a goods declaration filed against your commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, assessment, and then examination or direct release depending on your risk profile and consignment type. Maalbardaar handles this filing and coordinates with the terminal on your behalf, which matters more than usual here because PGS is a young service and its documentation cutoffs and manifest timing have not yet settled into the kind of predictable pattern that older Pakistan services have.
Because ONE runs its own Pakistan office rather than an agent, discrepancies between the bill of lading and the terminal’s cargo manifest, a common source of clearance delay on agent-run services, go back to ONE’s own Karachi branch for correction instead of a separate agency. Keep your delivery order request and any amendment correspondence addressed there. If your shipment moved on a transshipment routing rather than PGS, build in extra buffer before your customs filing: the arrival date that matters for WeBOC is the actual discharge at Karachi or Port Qasim, not the sailing date from the origin port, and a missed connection at a hub can shift that date without any change showing on your original booking confirmation.

ONE tracking to Pakistan — questions
Does ONE have its own office in Pakistan?
expand_more
Yes. Ocean Network Express Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd runs its own branches in Karachi (Bahria III, M.T. Khan Road) and Lahore, rather than routing commercial and marketing contact through a third-party agent the way several smaller lines do. Booking and documentation queries go through these offices directly.
What is ONE's Pakistan Gulf Service (PGS)?
expand_more
A weekly loop ONE launched in October 2025 rotating Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi, Sohar, Karachi and Port Qasim before returning to Sohar and Jebel Ali. It is built specifically to connect the Gulf hub network to both Pakistani ports, rather than treating Pakistan as an afterthought leg on a longer Asia string.
How long does PGS take from Jebel Ali to Karachi?
expand_more
Four days, according to ONE's own service announcement. That is the Gulf-to-Karachi leg only; cargo originating further east in Asia still accumulates transit time reaching Jebel Ali before this leg starts.
Does ONE call at Karachi and Port Qasim on the same string?
expand_more
Yes, on PGS. The rotation touches both Karachi and Port Qasim in the same weekly loop before heading back to the Gulf, so which port your cargo moves through depends on your specific booking and B/L, not on which port the vessel happens to visit first.
Is all of ONE's Pakistan cargo on a direct service?
expand_more
No. PGS covers the Gulf-Pakistan leg directly, but cargo originating in the Far East, North America or Europe still typically transships through a hub such as Jebel Ali, Colombo or Singapore before joining a Pakistan-bound leg. Check your B/L's port of transshipment rather than assuming a single-vessel routing.
Which terminal does ONE use in Karachi or Port Qasim?
expand_more
ONE has not published a fixed terminal assignment we could confirm for PGS at the time of writing. Terminal calls can also vary by sailing on newer services, so check your specific booking confirmation or arrival notice rather than assuming one terminal.
